The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Circex platform. If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately suspended and the associated balance may be forfeited.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Creating an account using another person's identity.
• Registering with false or fabricated information.
• Exploiting bonus fraud or system vulnerabilities.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Involvement in match-fixing or any other unethical activity.
• Harassing or abusing other members.

2. Provide full details and evidence of the dispute.
3. Our team will provide an initial response within 72 hours.
4. If the initial resolution is unsatisfactory, an escalation process will be followed.
5. In the event of an unresolved dispute, a neutral mediator may be engaged.

In the event of any dispute, Circex's internal logs and records shall be treated as the authoritative source of evidence.

Circex reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform following any changes, and members may be informed via their registered mobile number or email.

• At least 7 days' notice will be given before any significant changes take effect.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
